As much as I hate to do this, out of intellectual integrity and being an honest person I have to inform you that I have just carried out a series of tests on post editing on my blog.

I have concluded that the posts do not do any of the following when edited:

1: They do not mark themselves as having being edited
2: They do not change the date or the time after you edit them

Therefore VTV does has a fair point that we still can not 100% verify James Kush did not edit those comments.

Same results for me, using different themes and plugins.

Theoretically, Kush could have changed the content of VTV's posts, or VTV could have posted the links, blaming the resulting mischief on Kush.

The only question remaining: Why am I killing a perfectly good Saturday night doing this?

@anticultist he keeps changing the scenario of what happens. By that logic everything VTV archives on CS or on the internet is complete BS and that one can deny they ever posted on any of those sites if they wanted too and VTV would by his own logic have to agree to those terms he sets up (probably wouldn't agree to those terms).

@ Bill Without a doubt VTV was always going to shift the goal posts no matter what, the only way it would have nullified this was if the posts marked themselves as having been edited. This sadly is not the case so we can not fully know without James saying he edited them. James seems to have already made the claim he didnt though going on his initial blogs content about the matter.

It still stands that VTV changed the scenario each time new evidence was presented, and for the record he also stated that no evidence given by anyone here would have been sufficient. This in itself shows intellectual dishonesty and biasing.
Even some of the members here are honest enough to say that VTV may not have done it, but we have no evidence to prove he did not so VTV is still a potential candidate for having done this.
As it stands its just VTV's word against James's word, and for me I dont really have an investment in either of them enough to say who is correct.

What I do know is this, VTV is not to be trusted from his previous form.

I can't prove 100% that VTV did it, and I don't care or need to. This isn't a court of law and this isn't a trial. This is an Internet forum.

Its my opinion that VTV did it. He has a track record available to anyone who can use Google where he has done this before. He tries to cram just enough plausible deniability into the discussion to allow himself to continue moving the goal posts and wiggle away in order to fuck people over on another day. I for one am not interested in his lies or his amateur attempts at playing a lawyer.

The man is a self serving, dishonest shit who will never, ever amount to a damn thing in life.

OK theres another way we could prove if VTV did this

Your wordpress or other blog will have an email assigned to it, when a person makes a comment the email is notified and the message with all its content and sender data is put into the email.

If James Kush wanted to prove VTV sent this message all he would have to do is the following.

Set a video capture on his screen, log into his email account, open up the VTV email and capture the email unedited and all its details for the viewer to see. This would include the emails header, which would have the IP, the position of origination, the date of send, the time, and then last but not least the content of the email should match the posts on his blog if it was not unedited.

Et voila

Plautus Satire did this very thing to show Peter Joseph Merola threatening him and swearing at him in emails. He showed himself logging into his account in real time and finding the emails and scrolling through them all looking at all the necessary data to show what Peter Merola sent him.

Macintosh is at a huge disadvantage so far as the reasons most people use computers. So yes, microsoft has all the bells and whistles of a monopoly. And does a great job of maintaining it. Linux is a poor example. I can't use Linux and use well, hardly anything as far as software.

Also Linux has an issue with spyware, it just won't run. Maybe we can make him some keylogger enabled browser toolbars for Linux.
