I don't know why he got so worked up. According to standard CT, the revenue agency doesn't collect taxes ("real money" in the form of gold & silver coins as defined by the constitution); it collects Federal Reserve Notes made out of "thin air."

I really don't know why this is not being considered a terrorist act.

I guess because the White House does not want to rile up the crazies.
