Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | I think it was Falkner I got into a discussion with on IRC about the whole Phoebe Prince tragedy and how I thought it was probably more complicated than just "the Internet makes bullying worse." Slate did a piece on the entire thing and it turns out that it really wasn't the Internet's "fault" at all, but a perfect storm that under the circumstances most likely would have happened with or without the technology involved.
