 Level: 0 CS Original | Backstory: I contribute to a comedy/news podcast called ACTfur On Air with a segment called "Fen Rants" A number of other contributors provide segments for the show, including a video game critic, a musician, and Ray Liehm, who hosts a "Silent Paranoia," segment devoted to examining and usually debunking conspiracy theories and doomsday scenarios. In this episode: This week, all the contributors came together and did something a little different: we switched around our segments. As luck would have it, I got Silent Paranoia. Thanks in part to help from ConspiracyScience.com, here is my segment, taking a closer look at the New World Order conspiracy theory. It's about 22 minutes in; listen for the Doctor Who music. Level: 150 CS Original | That was interesting, I liked it, is that running water in the background, or is it supposed to sound like a lab? You're a furry? A guy I knew in high school is one too, I don't have a problem with it, but actually on a personal level he's a total asshole. Am I the only person who thinks Dr. Who is retarded, despite being a nerd myself? I mean, I don't have anything against fans of the series, but I think it just sucks. I also think Monty Python is unfunny garbage -- I have a whole story about that. Oh, sorry, am I still on? Haha, cartoon villain schemes. | |||||
