I'll have a go.

You see Matt, in the future there will be things called Robots. And these Robots will make computers, build furniture, harvest crops, have sex with you, etc.

And you can spend all day relaxing, fucking Robots, reading, fucking more Robots, worshiping PJ and Fresco, and of course, fucking more Robots.

Every city will look like something out of a science fiction novel because Robots built them.

Oh, and everything is free and you don't have to work. Because Robots will have replaced labor and fiat money. And if you get bored, you can fuck a Robot.

It's basically this: Brave New World + Das Kapital + Star Trek + I Robot = RBE.

I don't know why I capitalized "Robots", maybe because there so important to the movement.

I'm not convinced.

Your not convinced because your a closed minded sheeple. What's the singular of sheeple?

Think of the Robots Matt, and have faith in Fresco and PJ.

The answer to most questions is palmed off on the potential of nano technology and star trek style replicators.

Its quite easily explained matt, we are going to bring about world peace through technology, first we will build everything from scratch. We will wipe out everything we have made so far and go and build our new cities all over the world, we will let computers and robots do everything for us.
Then we will harvest peoples babies and bring them up in a laboratory, we will eradicate work and leave all the adults to play volleyball and sun bathe and drink pina coladas.

Then we will of made everyone happy because there will be no violence and everyone will be nice to each other all across the world.

It should be obvious to everyone how this will work, whay are you even questioning it, dont you want world peace and to help the hungry and the homeless? Stop questioning us and start spreading the word, you are just a status quo geetkeeper if you dont.

I wonder if the reason all the RBE people claim it isn't Marxism is because they don't know what Marxism is.

I think noone can convince us about RBE because there is nothing about it that is even real, its all an idea not even put onto paper yet thats how little evidence it even has.
There are no things about it that can be pointed to in the real world to say that is an RBE in effect exactly like TZM propose, also there are no technical papers or draughtsmans work they can point to and say thats what TVP is going to do.

So yeah I think theres going to be no proving going on in this thread.

Agreed. RBE proponents often have some interesting ideas, but that doesn't mean they're practical.

But how can RBE arrive at decisions using science when RBE proponents blatantly ignore the fact that the blank slate theory isn't scientific?
