I do have a question about a specific claim the depopulation agenda that Alex Jones and other conspiracy theorists talk about they claim that a one child policy is proof of this depopulation agenda. Also if you don't mind what is your opinion on this quote ?

Im not saying that I believe Kissinger said that I don't know. I want to know if the quote is a fake.

The one child policy in China is the result of China's massive population and the government's inability to even provide basic necessities to the population as a whole, in fact primary education isn't even free in China. The one child policy also only applies to ethnic majorities living in urban areas, so the Han's within cities for example, but in total about 39% of the Chinese people are required to stick to the one child policy. It's a commonly misheld belief that it applies to all of China.

As for your Kissinger quote, supposed quotes from Bilderberg are all over the Internet, but there's never any proof of their original origin, such as saying who the Swiss delegate was, where he transcribed it to (his memoirs, a book, magazine, journal..), etc. There's also never any actual audio of it. There are some videos that claim to have audio, but tracking down the origin of said audio, you always find it being read by someone, never actually said by the person.

I mean, there are two years given, but the meeting actually took place in 1992.

Strange that the 'Swiss delegate' didn't just leak his copy of the Bilderberg minutes, that he would have been given at the end of the meeting. Strange that there is no trace of the audio tape itself. Strange that this is the only part transcribed. Strange that Kissinger would come up with such a badly-worded statement.

What about the spontaneous, voluntary depopulation trend in most developed countries, like Japan, South Korea and much of Europe? European countries subsidize childbirth and child rearing through universal health care, extended paid maternity leaves, free daycare and free schooling; yet even all that hasn't stopped the decline in fertility rates.

Even some middle income countries like Iran and Turkey have stopped pumping out so many kids, without a government policy to make that happen.
