I bet you have?

That's one of the first things you learn in your training is how to spot counterfeits and what you should do if you receive counterfeit money. If you don't believe me you can always try to go to a place that uses those fakey counterfeit detector pens and try to give them a bill sprayed with ironing starch and see if they give you the bill back.

I didn't know they handed out diploma's for that. How many years in school did it take to get a "detector pens" degree?

As usually, I find myself on the side of Kaiser. First blows were fine for self-defense (and imo well-deserved), but beating somebody lying on the ground goes to far.

I have, and it ended with everyone just backing up. Why do you have to turn your back to leave a fight, matt? Honestly, i think it would have been just fine to have them go down, the guy backs up with the crow bar and see if they even try that shit again.

Or yell at them to stay down, or ask the other guys to help him hold them down, or simply state (loudly) "If you're getting up, I'll hit you again". Last one helped me avoid a bunch of fights; tell people in advance what the consequences of their decisions will be and they don't make as many bad ones.

A day of training makes a person a expert on counterfeit money detection. I don't believe it. I've seen $5 bills erases and turned into $20 bills , when that happens that ink detector pen makes your expert pen detectors with pen diploma's turns back into none experts.

Counterfeit Money
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k77h5ljBJa0

I'm not here to down the pen diploma experts though. I'm not even sure if the cashier was trying to give the money back, I do know their was a problem with it, with the accusation that it may be Counterfeit. Business establishments will find out about Counterfeit Money eventually and will turn it in but I've seen it happen where they will refuse service to someone throwing down money that looks Counterfeit without of course turning them in to the feds. This actually fits into a category called the Dark figure of crime which basically explains crime that is not reported which is a very common thing.

If it was my way I'd report anybody using Counterfeit money anywhere but it's not and it doesn't work like that sometimes crimes are not reported. McDonalds is a expert is serving good fast food but is NOT trained like a banks are in catching Counterfeit money. That's why if McDonalds accepts a counterfeit bill thinking it's real and that bill eventually goes to the bank, the bank is usually if not always the final word on catching Counterfeit bills.

I have a problem with some Zeitgeist movement members who throw paper looking money on the ground for passers by to pick up thinking it's money. Those people unknowingly could try to spend it not knowing it's fake.

I totally support deadly force against violent attacks. I'm tired of the scum of the earth preying on people. The castle doctrine should be a federal law and it should apply to stupid scumbags who dare jump over counters to assault people.

There is no mandate for counterfeiting detection, it's up the the companies' stoploss programs. The placed I worked at used Secret Service information for detecting frauds. If you see Abraham Lincoln's watermark on a 100 dollar bill, that's you not paying attention.

However, you have to suspect the dollar is counterfeit. If you suspect it and you "refuse to take it" that could land you in jail. You're supposed to take it and contact secret service. Returning the bill to the passer is a felony. If you took the money and didn't know, then you're just assed out the that money is all.

On a side note, ink detector pens are frauds. That's why banks don't use them.

The fact that the counter was blocking anyone from seeing if they were trying to get back up means we can't really say those blows were not deserving or not. I'd say they are no matter what For the people who say the last two blows were to much without seeing what went behind the counter would be a problem is I believed the last two blows were a problem.

To add to the matter that the guy was in prison for ten years. He's probably more than likely coming from a perspective of what possibly prison guards do when a fight breaks out. So when he says stay down and you come up the reaction is to hit them back down which I think is a perfectly ok thing to do to protect himself.

I'd rather he strike back to protect himself then potentially get hurt bad by those two people. The guy shouldn't be fired I'd give him a promotion, with a raise, and even a medal. I say that and I'm against the death penalty.

I understand this I was suggesting from the start a Dark figure of crime which is crime that goes unreported which not reporting a crime is such a common occurrence that a term has developed for it. Not everybody reports kids to the feds who attempt to buy alcohol or go to strip clubs using fake id's. They should but they don't (I wouldn't care about fake i'd I'd's). Not everybody gets speeding tickets, even though they should. It happens that's all I'm saying basically not to complicated I'm not suggesting that it's not illegal to not report counterfeit money to the feds I'm suggesting it doesn't work like that for those establishments all the time.

I've actually heard of the $5 that are turned to a higher amount without the watermark on them. Anyways like I said before McDonalds are experts at making fast food not at detecting money that's counterfeit. Banks however are more sophisticated to catch fraud but banks are not equipped or sophisticated to serve fast food. I don't think that's to hard to get.

"The placed I worked at used Secret Service information for detecting frauds.", what type of information and what type of fraud detection we talking about? This strictly limited to counterfeit money fraud or other types of frauds?

I find violence as reward for this brand of stupidity and just plain rudeness to be hysterical, the result of watching douchebags get the shit beat out of them for talking shit then deciding to strike people at school.

"There is no reason why this man lost his job and got charged. He was doing what far to many refuse to do and that is working. He was well within his rights to defend himself and the safety of others (there was no way to know what they were armed with). She was verbally abusive beyond belief and at the point that she literally reached over the counter and smacked that man, she deserved whatever she got." - youtube comment.

I just happen to agree with it on all terms, especially when considering that the dude had no idea with what his assailants could have been armed with.

Of all the people to talk about living in the real world, you're pretty low on the list brosef. Get back to me when you graduate high school and have to deal with real problems. I thought the guy went too hard on the women. You seem to want to imbue it with some hard-ass rambo rhetoric that you frankly have no claim over. I might be a lowly high schooler Herr Kaiser, but I've been in fights and seen them myself, so I don't see any reason in bringing up my status as one, or in alleging that I'm flaunting some sort of unwarranted machoness here.

2ndly, I criticize your notion of how to handle the situation because I find it too out of touch from reality to be practical, and therefore useful in the real world.

It is practical and useful to ensure that an aggressive attacker does not possess the ability to continue hostility. The dude obviously thought the chicks were (by getting up when he kept saying to keep them down), so he hit them.

Good game.
