 Level: 1 CS Original | ^Elaborate. Basically rich people are rich for a number of reasons but the base is having a society with sufficient taxpayer supported infrastructure, laws, education. Without that you do not have a business friendly zone with sufficient skilled labour to render your service or manufacture your product that in turn make the markets to sell too. | |||||
