The million number is from interviewing regular people and asking them how many people they think died, it's completely unscientific. But you're right, 100,000 is still terrible, but obviously 1 million sounds bigger so that's why it's used. I've seen a more recent source being passed around which claims 2 million, I lost track of it, the last time I saw it was on some forum where they were talking about how protesting the Iraq war really is ending it.

I believe the Iraq war was wrong and should not have been fought, but that doesn't mean I believe that 9/11 was an inside job. I don't see the point of you arguing how bad the Iraq war was.
