Despite it all I have to say one thing. I rather have a court system where people are innocent until proven guilty; where some guilty get off. Then a court system where people are guilty until proven innocent; where they hang the innocent with the guilty.

How can any of you be so certain she did in fact murder the child ?

If the jurors have been presented the evidence and found her not guilty what makes anyone so certain theyre wrong ?

Are we sure some of you arent just emotionally involved due to hype and it being a little girl who is dead ? I think you guys dont know what you think you know about this situation, you probably just believe something.

I've been watching this one from the start. Not the start of the trial but since the poor kid went "missing". All the lies, her behavior, the constantly changing stories; I've been convinced from the start that she was guilty and nothing that I saw or heard during the trial changed my mind.

People have been convicted on circumstancial evidence before. I believe the decision is based on reasonable doubt. I don't have any. If you're kid is missing and you have some concern for their well being you don't lie to the police over and over. Everything she said, everything she didn't say, the things she did. The incredible amount of lies she told, the crazy stories; she did something to that kid. Was it 1st degree murder? Maybe not. I would really love to hear what the jurors have to say.

You can read what the jurors have to say right there.

The fact is, the prosecution went for a charge they simply didn't have the evidence to prove and the jury made the right decision in light of that poor choice by the prosecution. If anyone deserves moral outrage over the verdict, its the prosecutors.

Thanks Matt, I've heard him speak already. I'd be interested in hearing them as a whole, not sure if it's going to happen though. Although I'm inclined to believe that what happened to Caylee was intentional, I can't be 100% positive there. But I have no doubts at all that her mother was responsible in some regard. I didn't expect a 1st degree murder/death penalty conviction. There were other charges and I was surprised that they didn't convict on any of those.
