Just say what you're doing now, what you wanna do, and your interests.

As a start.

I'm going to medical school I have little more than a year left. I want to be a surgeon and I want my specialty being in Orthopedics.

My interest are collecting and working on tractors, Drinking at bars, computers, game developing, reverse engineering, AI, firing guns, reading up on conspiracy theory's (Seem to be more into 2012 related CT), reading up on conspiracy theorist internet cults, hunting, and of course eating meat.

That's what I want to do but yeah you get done with med school then you do residency somewhere to learn your specialty.

I know some street doctors.

I watch Dr House, I feel I am overqualified.
