In this vid Alex Jones is talking the Dr. Paul Kossey a HAARP Program Director. The poor guy tring to tell Alex Jones that HAARP does not control the weather; but Alex is just being his idiot self.

Yah you can tell that the Dr. was thinking how the hell he ended up there. Like when twords the end of the interview he brings up that some time a mini Aurora Borealis is some times made during HAARP resurch. Alex jumped all over that as proof that "thay" control the weather.
