Does the Bible say that Non Christians are Anti Christs and are of the Devil what does Christianity teach about Non Christians since they can't be saved Christianity seems to have a long history of persecution of Non Christians ?

Evangelical interpretations seem to be that everyone who isn't "saved" is going to hell, even if they have never heard of Jesus. The broader Christian tradition isn't that way, though.

from what i understand, personally, and I could be wrong..............

Jesus death was to be the sacrifice of all sin past and present, so those even without knowing have been forgiven however...........
once you are in the know about jesus, you need to personally accept that he is who he says he is and repent, as in try to live a life without sin as best you can. You could argue why spread the word when its easier to just not tell everyone and they get saved, but that isn't the point its also about making a difference in this life and world as well trying to make it a better place. I try not to get preachy but you asked.

Oh and about hell, I'm no biblical scholar or anything but from what I'm reading and understanding is...........
Christian hell is getting confused a lot with the greek idea of hades a place of eternal punishment. From what I currently believe and I could be very wrong, hell is ment for satan and fallen angels........hell fire which burns the soul of those who are not saved mearly kills them, so you simply just don't exist. The bible refers to hell as the second death for humans so my understanding is your body dies, then your soul dies and you just are not around at all. But again I could be wrong, I could try to go into more detail for anyone that cares.
