Nope.

I saw an article probably a year and a half ago titled something like "Will Twitter replace Google?" This is almost as stupid as that.

Definitely not. Especially because people like me annotate the shit out of books and need the tactile responsiveness of a book.

Squatting is actually more advantageous physiologically.

I like adding books to my bookshelf, sort of like a trophy rack. So no I don't think so.

No, while the internet is good for information it is often hard to check the accuracy of information you find, and alot of it comes in small articles and don't go in depth as books.

While Ebooks obviously provide a non material alternative to proper books, people still like to have a physical copy of something. If I wanted a book I'd go and buy a copy from the bookstore and not on Kindle.

Get a Kindle I see myself reading from my kindle than a actually book nowadays. Not that I'm here to promote a kindle but I've used my kindle every single day for two months straight before I need to recharge the reason for this is that the kindle conserves energy by actually using real ink. So it doesn't have to constantly use energy to produce a image I suppose the best way to describe it as a form of image cache.

I'm reading entire tutorials and books on it without a problem.

It does have wifi but if you use wifi your power will drain and if you use wifi on a constant bases you'll have around 8 hours of battery life before you need to recharge.

I do like to have physical copies of books but with the kindle it's way better reading wise for me.

Physical books aren't going anywhere just because e-books exist.

Brick and mortar bookstores going under has nothing to do with e-books. Internet retailers simply provide a better service for purchasing physical books.

I prefer throwing crappy books at people, throwing laptops and tablets does serious damage.
