If the Government takes away the Income Tax and gives us a national sales tax or value added tax fair tax or a consumption tax what would stop Congress from just bringing the Income Tax back and we have to pay both this is what the Right Wingers don't understand ?

What is even the difference between an income tax and a national sales tax? They both mean your giving money to the government.

National sales tax means that you're paying a lot more to the government than you would be for income tax. That is, unless you're a millionaire libertarian/conservative talk show/radio show host, author, or TV personality, then it's obviously fair and more logical.

Income tax will never be abolished, so it's pointless to speculate.

We've had the income tax for 150 years (no, 1913 was NOT the first time an income tax was instituted) and every proposal for replacing it has a tiny fringe base of support, so it's just not going to happen. We will continue to have substantially the same tax system that we have now probably for as long as the United States continues to exist as a political entity.
