The only 1st and 2nd world country that does this is the United States, no one else in the world is as reckless. Level: 9 CS Original | My understanding is that if Congress fails to pass a bill to fund the government through a given date, after the current funding bill expires, what Rox described happens. But yes, it it also secretly martial law if you're an AJ fan, or the collapse if you're a zeitgeister. | |||||
