Fulford appears on Jeff Rense's show every so often. He sounds like the poster child for the Dunning-Kruger Syndrome.

Yup, he keeps threatening the Illuminati with Ninjas.
The guy is insane, that's for sure, but he's not a threat like David Icke and Alex Jones. These two morons have a huge amount of followers who are very keen on spreading the "truth." (=extremist behaviour)
