I think you can make it through life without college. But, certain career goals require the advanced education that college provides.

Is college a necessity for everyone? No.

Is college a "death camp" indoctrination center that controls everyone's lives like this guy proposes? No.

I read comments for a bit. Once again, the idiocy (and in this case, bigotry, dear lord) of youtubers knows no bounds. Many of the commenters also cannot seem to comprehend that for many people to exist on this planet, there needs to be SOME organization of government and business. Could all these people really live on this planet if we all just lived independently, or what these folks consider 'free'? I think not.

True he never offers prove that he went to Duke. Plus I have yet to come across a professor that acts in the manner that he describes.
Plus if he did go to Duke; how do we know that he is not scapegoating the university for his own shortcomings and failure. Something I notice about people like this and CTers is that they are always the victims and nothing is ever their fault.

People who go to Harvard and Duke can believe stupid stuff too. Although in their case its generally real insanity and not just them being pissed off at society because they failed. Ron Paul went to Duke Medical School and he's still batshit insane.

Just watched the videos. I agree with the guy in some parts like when he talks about how college should be for professionals.

I agree when he supports community colleges and says community college may be the place to find yourself which is correct and it's a lot cheaper you find oneself their.

I'm not in agreement that all professors are out to get people, but I do agree from experience that in ones college career you'll come across a few professors that are just awful.
