In this thread we will take a skeptical look at the user known as "Snob Goblin."

Inconsistencies and strangeness:

Snob's IRC host clearly shows a Texas host ([SnobGoblin] (Mibbit@Slacknet-e51cc1a6.tx.comcast.net) and yet Snob Goblin claims he lives in San Francisco. Snob's explanation? That he's using the same modem that he used in Texas, so it must be still using the same host.

Snob claims that his ex-wife lives in Texas, but when he linked her online dating profile a photograph caption seemed to indicate that she was in San Francisco. Snob's explanation? She was visiting family in San Francisco when this photograph was taken.

Snob linked a Facebook profile that was allegedly his insane room mate. But the Facebook profile listed the user's location as Texas. Snob's explanation? He didn't have one.

So, who is Snob Goblin really? And why would he invent this elaborate identity here?

Snob why does your host say Texas if you're in California?
