There has always been a "tea party" aspect in American politics. For a contemporary example think Ross Perot. "Will the Democratic Party ever degrade?" In what context? | |||||

 Level: 5 CS Original | Well, after George W got relected in 2004, there was a lot of uncertainty about the future of the Democratic party at the time. Much like the GOP was/is after 2008. The scales of power aren't a static thing. | |||||
