That's funny you mention Gary North. I'm a huge fan of Gary North and have several of his books. I can't speak for his goofy predictions, but as far as history, theology, and economics, he's spot on.

No, I wouldn't support the police to enforce a whites only ban on restaurants. That goes against property rights as well. There should be no regulation whatsoever on how an owner runs his business. The only time the govt can involve itself is when a crime has been committed (murder, theft, fraud, etc). It's not an act of aggression to refuse service to someone. That's simply exclusion. And it's not a "right" that I can eat at a McDonalds. It's a privilege because MCdonalds allows me in. And I pay them for their service accordingly. I abide by their rules when I'm inside. And I acknowledge they have the right to tell me to leave if they wish.

To say that a person has the right to enter into any establishment they wish is based in envy. "If he can have it, then I can have it!" It's the same foundation of socialism. It's arrogant, it's prideful, and it refuses to acknowledge that we are all creatures under God. The only way we can own anything is because God owns all of it and has made us his stewards. As people made in God's image, has he given us the "right" to guard and protect whatever we own. When the govt forces us to do things we don't want to do with our property (when it is beyond their jurisdiction) then essentially they are saying they are God. Which is how the socialists and the fascists treat them. The State is the new religion.
