The ancient Babylonians did have a goddess Ishtar, who was addressed as "Goddess of goddesses" in the "Prayer of Lamentation to Ishtar." Whether she qualifies as a "great goddess" depends on how one defines "great goddess," I suppose.

Anyhow, I agree with you that it's highly unlikely that the rituals of the Bohemian Grove represent a serious religion of any kind, let alone a continuation of the ancient Babylonian religion.

That's a semi-grammatical error on my part, it should say:

There was no "great goddess of Babylon" that was represented by an owl
