They love it because it's a (badly) edited version of the full speech. Ironically, the full speech involves JFK arguing for the need for the press to self-censor in the context of the cold war.

Nope, nothing more. But it's amazing how often this video crops up. And, as amazing is how it's still impossible to get whoever posts it to admit it's an obvious hoax. CT belief can be remarkably entrenched.
