I'm really tired of tax protestors. Having practiced tax law a long time ago I'm pretty familiar with all the arguments, and amazed that people can be so deluded as to convince themselves that they work.

Gee, if the definition of "income" was so faulty as to allow most of a person's money to be non-taxable by the government, don't you think somebody would have discovered it and fixed it by now? :p

But I guess nimrods like Roeder would never let real life stand in the way of their ideological convictions. Which have a way of becoming criminal convictions.
