Hello and good day!

Let's just say I have found this site quite enlightening to read. It is refreshing to find an oasis of common sense in a sea of never-ending paranoia and nonsense.

I've been lurking here for the past couple of weeks after a close friend of mine showed me around. She, known as Wolf Bird here, really admires this place, and I can see why.

There are a number of CT tendencies that tend to drive me up the wall; especially if it's within the realm of Christianity. I consider myself a part of the religion, though I'm a skeptic of a many different things within the religion. Take it for what you will, of course.

All that said, I hope to become part of the engrossing discussions here and hope to become even more enlightened as time moves on. :)

Hi there, glad to see you finally posted something up. I to am sick of conspiracy theory's at that in particular 9/11 conspiracy theory's. I can't say I've been on a CS like CS probably the closest thing to it is a site I helped make and contribute to called i-mockery.com (about video games i-mockery.com/games/) except CS is much more relevant than that and I never knew to the extent people believe in conspiracy theory's.

Side note I am considering on pumping out a conspiracy theory based game soon.

Admittedly, 9/11 CTs also tend to get to me, and like you I've never really found a site like this out there. I've been on many forums in my internet years (SpaceBattles, Monster Zero, SPEED Channel, FurAffinity, etc.), but none like this. However, I would say my first true taste of actual conspiracy theories started with the moon landings.

That, and I'm skeptical of anything related to the paranormal...

@DragonStar nice, when I first came here I didn't know much of a difference between paranormal and conspiracy theory but their is a huge gap between those two terms that I find it's important in my opinion to know the difference. Just food for thought I guess.

There is a difference, I agree, but it makes me rage none-the-less when the noises people here or the 'feelings' they feel are of some sort of spirit trying to communcate/attack/feel them up.

And these bozos on those ghost hunting shows make me sick...

@DragonStar true, ever watch taps? I had something on the CS forum about taps and obvious bullshit tricks they pull to create their own ghosts. I'll have to dig it up on the CS site.

The guy who posted the video is apart of a site called http://www.skepticalviewer.com which is like a paranormal version of conspiracy science. I can honestly see why their is a need for conspiracy science and other websites like this.

@DragonStar I found it look at previous post. This video release pretty much ruined TAPS reputation after that. Although I watch TAPS it's purely out of entertainment.
