The YouTube video, which is no longer on the website, prompted the suspension of the Tucson shooting suspect from Pima Community College last year.

A YouTube video that prompted the suspension of Tucson shooting suspect Jared Lee Loughner in September was released Friday by officials at Pima Community College and included rambling statements such as "We are examining the torture of students" and "This is genocide in America."

The video, no longer on the website, was released to The Times following a public records request and offers the extended example of Loughner's voice.

A campus police officer who saw the video "positively recognized the voice and the reflection in the window as student Jared Loughner," according to a school police report. That same officer had removed Loughner from his biology class Sept. 23 after a disruptive outburst.

The video, titled "Pima Community College School - Genocide/Scam - Free Education - Broken United States Constitution," was created shortly after the biology class incident in which Loughner was escorted to an administrator's office, campus police said. It was taped on the college campus, according to school police.

In the video, Loughner states, "The war that we are in right now is currently illegal under the Constitution"; "This is my genocide school. Where I'm going to be homeless because of this school"; "I haven't forgotten the teacher that gave me a B for freedom of speech"; "This is Pima Community College, one of the biggest scams in America"; "If the student is unable to locate the external universe, the student is unable to locate the internal universe"; and "Thank you.... This is Jared … from Pima College."

Within hours of seeing the video, college police officers arrived at Loughner's home and delivered a letter of immediate suspension to Loughner and his father, Randy, school police reports said.

The video was no longer on YouTube as of this week. It was unclear who deleted it, and exactly when it was taken off the website.

This is what his friend believes he was on when he was making that video and specifically the one where he burned the American flag dressed up as a goat: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salvia_divinorum</p>

Apparently this is the stuff Miley Cyrus was filmed smoking, too. I'm hedging my bets it starts to become illegal in the US after Loughner.

I've smoked salvia. It wasn't a pleasant experience for me. Very brief, very intense.

Also it tastes really, really bad.

I tried salvia at one point too (the strongest variety available in shops, think it was 40x or something similar) and I'd second that experience.

I had absolutely no visions and the whole experience lasted for about <5 mins. My two friends and I just started laughing uncontrollably like hyena's for a very short time and that was basically it.

Wouldn't recommend it.

If I was still interested in doing either one, I would take pot over salvia any day.

But I'm not.

I'm pretty must coming to an end of my experimentation phase, have to admit though that I'm curious about the cactii.

I passed down the oppertunity for San Pedro once when I was younger because I still had a fresh memory of being pushed into a giant cactus by my older brother when we were kids. I'm over it now

I did some reading about the brief stuff. Apparently it's major effects last like 8 minutes or something. Maybe he did some right before he started shooting. I watched videos of people on YouTube doing it. They all just sit there laughing for like 10 minutes lol.

I'd also take pot over Salvia. Much more social, it seems.
