Level: 8 CS Original | When I was young I was really into believing in Paranormal Phenomena; starting when I saw a Unsolved Mystery show on Alien Adocions. And I am wondering if that might have played a role in me falling for Conspiracy Theories in the first place. I know that some CTers say like Alex Jones say the "they" bunch Conspiracy Theories with Paranormal Phenomena to discredit them. But when you look at some of high profile CTers like Jorden Maxwell, David Icke or Jim Mares it is clear that there is some kind of link. Maybe I am making something out of nothing but what do you think?

Paid Disinformation Blogger Level: 14 CS Original | I used to be a believer in just about everything paranormal, but especially UFOs and alien abduction. I also got into CTs. Not proof, but the correlation is at least possible.

Level: 3 CS Original | Apparently so. In my experience you often find several kinds of woo bundled together in the same individual, for example, Glenn Beck (Austrian economics, Mormonism and CT's).

I can't stop posting pictures of poop, what the fuck is wrong with me? Level: 5 CS Original | People from the right could be more hardcore in believing of UFO's and Aliens than people from the left possibly do to religious beliefs in that they want to believe in a higher power so badly they want to find proof here on earth that they will live on and somehow aliens, UFO's, ghosts, and bigfoot is proof that their is a higher power. It gives these people a type of comfort in the end. For the left on the other hand they keep a open mind. I actually think lefties use logic and reason more to explains such things and are bigger skeptics then the right UFO/Alien believer counter parts.

Level: 5 CS Original | Just a hypothetical; but suppose there's a guy in his early 30's, still lives with his folks, has a 4 year gap in his employment history, is generally disliked by about everyone he knows, and is pretty much a woo fundamentalist, even calls himself a "psychic." Big into tarot cards, etc. Any chance the two are related?

Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | That's because there must be some sort of conspiracy that's covering up evidence of the paranormal.
