@Sil,

That's why I think someone went in and put it in after the fact. Bilderberg meeting notes are one of those things that conspiracy theorists have lusted after for decades. I just find it really hard to believe that they were available and just magically vanished from the Internet with no conspiracy site posting copies of the PDFs.

Because they didn't have time to look at them. The site was probley taken down a day after.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. I was under the impression that they would ignore the documents because they were not evil/nefarious enough... but then I realized that they could just twist anything to say what they want it to say like they've done to everything else.

@Truth,

It takes conspiracy sites probably about five minutes from any given natural disaster to make a HAARP connection. HAARP conspiracy stories are copied, word for word, to every conspiracy blog and site in minutes.

I find the idea that Bilderberg meeting notes being online for any given amount of time, and no one at all saving copies of them, to be absurd.

Because they didn't have time to look at them. The site was probley taken down a day after.

"Since May 2009, Wikileaks has made available reports of several meetings of the Bilderberg Group."

"On 24 December 2009, Wikileaks announced that it was experiencing a shortage of funds and suspended all access to its website except for a form to submit new material."

If by "a day after", you mean "several months" then sure.

Yeah... so in a span of several months no conspiracy site downloaded a copy of these PDF files? Not a single one downloaded the holy grail?

Bull.

I wonder why the person would leave such a huge gap if they were making it up though... perhaps the thought just never crossed their mind.

Personally, if I were trying to validate a conspiracy theory or something I would say:

"On December 21st, Wikileaks made available several reports of Bilderburg meetings. Then on 24 December 2009, Wikileaks announced that it was experiencing a shortage of funds and suspended all access to its website except for a form to submit new material."

Betting 50 internet points that Truth will take the above statement to be the real quote and ignore the other one.

There's a mirror here http://mirror.wikileaks.info/ but all the pdf documents are down.

It worked for me.

From Wikipedia:

Since May 2009, Wikileaks has made available reports of several meetings of the Bilderberg Group.[80] It includes the group's history[81] and meeting reports from the years 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1960, 1962, 1963, and 1980.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=Bilderberg+meeting++site:mirror.wikileaks.info&start=0&sa=N&filter=0

1955 http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/bilderberg-meetings-report-1955.pdf</p>

1956 http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/bilderberg-history-1956.pdf</p>

1957 http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/bilderberg-meeting-report-1957.pdf</p>

1958 http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/bilderberg-meeting-report-1958.pdf</p>

1960 http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/bilderberg-meetings-report-1960.pdf</p>

1962 http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/bilderberg-meeting-report-1962.pdf</p>

1963 http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/bilderberg-meetings-report-1963.pdf</p>

1980 http://mirror.wikileaks.info/wiki/leak/bilderberg-meetings-report-1980.pdf</p>

I couldn't get 1962 and 1980 to open, but the others worked.

Well Sky has proven that the PDF files exist. I really don't understand why these weren't all over the CT sites. Is it old material that's already in the conspiracy theory books? I notice these dates are all pretty old. The 50's and 60's.

This is some seriously dry stuff. Ugh. If Truth wants to read through all of this, he can have at it. I skimmed some of them and found pretty much nothing of interest. Even the stuff in all caps was seriously boring.

I have absolutely no problem admitting to the Internet that I have zero plans to read through these PDFs.

If you want to read through geopolitical strategy from the 50's and 60's you go right on ahead.

And you know what? Edward might actually do it. But I wouldn't.

I actually went out and found the documents while you sat around and argued with "sheeple" like a bitch. You could have found the documents yourself and called Matt an idiot and made yourself look smart, but you didn't. I bet you won't read anything. You're just a keyboard warrior with a tin foil hat.

@Truth,

You aren't really going to read through these and we both know it. I don't think you read half the shit you link or you wouldn't do it in the first place.

Alright Truth... go ahead and read them. Here it is, your holy grail of the conspiracy hierarchy... the all powerful BUILD A BURGER group. Just don't be disappointed when these meeting reports aren't all about what you think they're going to be about.

Here's the 1999 meeting:
http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_bilderberg_8.htm#menu</p>

These reports are really only interesting to those who have an interest in post war North American-European politics. Being one of those people, I probably will read them all eventually. CT-ers will find little to get worked up about, though I'm sure the usual quote-mining should bring up something that they can use.

Honestly, the pdf links were not working when I first posted. Perhaps it was a problem on my end. Thanks Sky for double checking, and I apologize for the confusion.

"Honestly, the pdf links were not working when I first posted."

They didn't work for me either. The links from the Wiki entry are broken, as well as the search engine on the Wikileaks mirror.

Sky has a very good (if not sometimes infuriating ;) ) attention to detail. He can read through stuff that makes me want to throw my laptop against a wall.

I just read the 1958 report. Thanks, first thing I read this morning and it's already making me want to go back to bed. About as exciting as watching grass grow.

Somehow I missed the stuff about world domination. Must be in the 1959 report.
