That isn't needed and it would take a special computer program to even begin such orientation, thoroughly. The point is that for the sake of our purposes here- getting the public to understand the basic foundation of the system and why it is arranged as such - the technical specifics are not required or relevant. The technicals are not the problem at all.

...it is like trying to define a car by describing the 1000s of processes/parts intrinsically moving within it. It isn't needed to understand the logic of what a car does and why.

...as an aside- I'm so tired of the strawman ignorance in assumption that a RBE cannot be held true until every variable known to compose it is defined and modeled. There is no such thing. It is emergent like any natural system. The specifics and problems therein would be overcome/resolved on a per case basis and there could never be a problem within the system itself which could void the logic of the model as a whole. Nothing- there is not one viable argument in existence that overrides the core foundation of strategic resource management and direct application of the most proven, efficient technology for sustainably/preservation/efficiency... if our goal is optimized human survival."
