It provides them with more votes; it keeps more helpless, dependent people around; and it makes them look good. The elitists are not entirely in control, yet. Therefore, appealing to the weak - those who they ultimately want to eliminate - is an ingenious decision. Once they're as powerful as Darth Sidious, the weak will be wiped out. | |||||
