While looking at some of the 'evidence' that the illuminati is in movies, music, movie stars use it symbols when selling products, you know, that crap.

But I got to wondering, that these are mostly used in counter arguements all the time, so I decided to see what they had on games.

Turns out quite a lot,(this is just a snippet of I found), most of them don't even know what the eye in the pryamid actually represents, but it's part of the illuminati.

Is no-one safe from all of these messages, given to us in game form.

I find it deluded to think that the first thing someone thinks when they see ANY of these images is 'they are trying to brainwash us with these symbols OMFG!'

Not that, it's obviously not part of the scenery, and using the backgrounds as a backdrop to tell a story without using words, no, it's obviously the goverment taking over our minds.

Ergh, and here I thought that games were having a bad enough time, with awful games coming out from awful developers.

LOL, speaking of Illuminati games I know a few people in the Illuminati game developing group their site is at http://illuminati.com/ . Thought that was interesting you mention that. This gaming group makes some interesting games including some based off conspiracy Theory's.

I've worked with the developers on this site for a bit seem like nice people I never asked them about the Illuminati name and not that I think about it I never thought anything about it up until now.

Not to change the topic but I'm in the works with a few others to create games for the IPhone that will conspiracy Theory based. I'll be giving credits as well as a plug towards CS and it's members in the credits but I'll talk about that more later when I make a topic on it.

I find most of the time the Illuminati reference in the games fits with the theme of the game or one of its sub plots. You have to admit a secret group of powerful people and/or an occult supernatural group of evil makes a good plot device in games and movies.

I find the plethora of videos pointing out symbolism in the Assassin's Creed series to be especially hilarious...considering you know that's one of the main premises of the game.

But alas, its probably an elaborate mind-numbing technique...

One thing that they never explain is how does a simple breanwash somebody. Are the saying if a nun sees a pyrimid with a eye that she will start worshiping satan. This is one CT that I never understood.

Apparently 'Despicable Me' has alot of Illuminati symbolism in it, although since its about some evil guy it makes sense.

I recently saw an almost full-screen, stylized inverted pentagram in a "hidden object" game. But the game had a dark, macabre feeling to begin with...It's not a well-known game or else CTists everywhere would probably be flipping out.

OMG the game's newer than I thought.

Anyway, it has inverted pentagrams and a triangle (yeah, the CT people fear triangles) on the screen at the same time!

Towards the middle of the vid.

I wonder why they did that...do they want angry letters from people about their occult symbolism or something?

Questionmark,

They do it because they know that the idea of secret societies and evil cabals are part of the American cultural landscape in so far as they are brilliant and captivating plot drivers. As a way to construct a universal (or close to universal) antagonist in a story, the secret society is a wonderful device. Remember that those who create media are not above or beyond the conceptual lexicon of the society for which they produce. They assemble their works from the bits and pieces that exist in our society. Consider that Alien was made in an America already shaped by the long, cultural impacts of the UFO craze of the 1950's and 60's. They use these images because they know that they are already ingrained in American society. It is a mistake to think that symbols can only be used by the people or groups they are ascribed to. Nothing inhibits me from writing a story about the Illuminati even though I have had no affiliation with any such group whatsoever.
