But this has nothing to do with animal rights which is why I'm interested. He goes through the scientific papers on nutrition.

Did you even watch the youtube videos? It references real peer reviewed studies. In fact, those videos arent even mostly about veganism.

Where I said in an ideal world I'd rather have something without pesticides on it rather than than a product HAD pesticides on it? Where I'd rather eat eggs from healthy hens than battery hens? Yes, I remember that, apparently you remember something else.

I don't have to form my own points in my own words because I was saying that the best case for vegetarianism I have heard has been made by this guy who runs a series every few years called "Latest Nutrition".

I eat meat, I don't buy organic. I said this was the best argument I have seen. But of course you just have to keep beating up a strawman whenever possible.

Veganism makes an interesting contrast to the growing paleonutrition movement. At least the paleo diet has some scientific support, since for example all the hunter-gatherer peoples we know of eat animal protein when they can find it. When they start to eat agricultural foods, their health rapidly deteriorates.

That particular video is about HFCS, it is a SERIES on NUTRITION. Apparently you're too stupid to understand that nutrition isn't just about eating animal products or not.
