Conspiracies? Pseudo-science? Creationism? Metaphysical bullshit?

I was taking the train home and I noticed about two or three "psychic" places, all full of people. How desperate does someone have to get to go to a damn fortune teller. I never understood that.

I personally think that people like Sylvia Brown should be just as ashamed as people who peddle conspiracies.

The vaccine stuff bothers the shit out of me, much more so as of late because of the various news stories about how the original study was fraudulent. As if the paper being retracted by the Lancet wasn't a big sign. This was a good book on the subject, btw.

Religious woo (No i dont mean religious beliefs themselves); I cant stand it when people go on about everything that is outside their narrow view of the world being some sort of Satantic, Devil worship, Babylonian/Canaanite/luciferian paganism or symbolism.

CTs are basically on the same level as the above as its people making bizarre connections and then thinking they have sort of special insight, when its really just paranoia.

Also when people use their status (for example Doctors) to peddle some bullstinky, such as claiming vaccines cause disease.

I think that applies to a lot of CT types, not just Truthers. What pisses me off is how pompous they can be, claiming they will save the world from the NWO or the monetary system or whatever the case may be, but when you ask them what they do to help people in the real world, the answer is generally jack shit.
