A technocrat gets insulted by a "technocracy light" fan for allegedly defending the status quo, that's rich.

I would like to see a then-and-now special for TZM people in 10 years. By then, most should be in or out of college.

Ironically, they have no idea how unfair their utopia is.

If some more practical movement will be created, they'll leave TZM and join that one.

I think it's pretty obvious that the majority of members seem to be members, because the alternative would be to support the "system", whatever a Zeitgeister believes that to be.

I imagine he supports researching it.

If we surrender to the line of thinking that it has to be perfect society where bad things only happen because people learn how to do bad things. I don't really suggest that at all, I think technocracy will be the inevitable outcome of the progression of technology, though you can't force it to happen or sit on a forum and wish for it to happen, invest in new technologies and help make it happen. And of course, live to be several hundred more years old, and I'll do that myself, or die trying of course.

No, but you can educate them early on to be critical thinkers. Critical thinking is not taught effectively or at all in most US schools.

Few are born without the capability of learning how to be critical thinkers.

I suppose the hope is if you're born into a life where you're educated to think critically and to value learning and having a positive attitude, less people will not want to do it.

I didn't care about thinking critically until I saw a benefit in it and after I was exposed to it.

I don't know the answer to that, but I'd imagine it would end up breeding a population full of more atheists than what we have today.

I see it as people becoming more rational and critical, leading to a higher number of people logically deducing that god does not exist.

I don't count on anyone for jack, which is why I haven't joined any forums to change the world yet.
